BEDFORD — The Bedford Plan Commission convened yesterday at the City Concourse, and the main topic was the subdivision of two properties in Bedford.
Southland Church of Christ requested a minor subdivision of their property on 26th Street. They proposed subdividing the property into two separate parcels to prepare for a possible future sale. The motion was made, and the proposal was voted on and approved.
Logan Chastain requested a minor subdivision on a property located on Eastlake Drive. He asked for one acre to be subdivided off of the property. The motion to approve the proposal was made and passed. This matter will now move on to a public hearing.
