GREENSBURG – Secretary of State Diego Morales toured today’s Honda Manufacturing of Indiana plant in Greensburg.
The Auto Dealer Services Division is one of the four divisions under the Indiana Secretary of State’s Office. It regulates vehicle manufacturing, selling, and salvaging.
Secretary Morales has continually visited auto dealers and auto manufacturing facilities across the state, Subaru of Indiana Automotive. Both are constant partners throughout our communities.
“Honda Manufacturing of Indiana plant was such an impressive operation. This auto plant and others throughout the Hoosier state are a vital source of jobs and major economic drivers. I want to keep building meaningful relationships within the auto industry. This sector has a proven tremendous impact on local communities, our state, and the entire country,” said Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales.
The Honda plant in Greensburg employs more than 2,500 associates and can produce 250,000 vehicles yearly.
Secretary Morales thanked the Honda Manufacturing of Indiana plant officials for the tour and their commitment to the Hoosier state.
