BLOOMINGTON— At the first Kids to Parks Day Celebration, little adventurers are asked to unplug from screens and join the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department at Lower Cascades Park for scavenger hunts, outdoor games, and fun in the park.
Best of all, the event on Saturday, May 18, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., is free and open to all ages.
There will be scavenger hunts and outdoor games, and you will learn about bugs, birds, and leaves and ninja exercises like balancing on logs and doing the leaf shuffle.
