Timothy ‘Tim’ Monroe Justice, 49, of Bloomington, passed away at 7:27 am on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
He was born October 19, 1974, in Pikeville, KY, the son of Virgil Justice, Wilma (Bacon), and Bryan Matney.
Survivors include his mother, his sister, Tammy Jo (Aaron) Dinn; his children, Leilani Justice and Haemma (Bella) Justice; a niece, Emma “Baby Girl” Dinn; a great-niece, Ivy “Sunshine” Dinn; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, his step-father, Bryan Matney, a brother, Jimmy Lee Justice, and his grandparents, Georgia Bacon, Chester, and Carrine Justice.
Cremation was chosen.
