On Thursday, May 9th, the Little Theater of Bedford opened Fiddler on the Roof. This was the first of eight shows, with the next three over the weekend. The final four shows will open at 7:00 p.m. beginning this Thursday, 5/16, and closing on Sunday, 5/19.
WBIW spoke to members of the cast, including Dakota Potter, who plays the Fiddler. “I saw Fiddler just a few months before getting cast at the Little Theater. I’m just so grateful to be a part of it, and even more grateful to be doing it with these amazing people,” Potter said.
Tom Bostic, who plays the character of Teyve had glowing remarks about his experience with the Little Theater and of the show. “The chance to play Teyve at the Little Theatre has been a tremendous experience. We have so much talent, on stage and off, this show is such a true delight. I’ve dreamed of playing this part for decades, and now to share it with my LTB family is a great gift. You gotta see it!”
