Obituary: Reva Ann (Ikerd) Hudson

December 28, 1950 – May 25, 2024

Reva Ann (Ikerd) Hudson was a graduate of Needmore High School in 1970. Reva was employed by Bell Telephone and AT&T, then later with Carpenter Body Works, and finally at Ford Visteon before they closed.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Franklin Hudson, Jr., her son, Dee Curtis Wykoff, and
daughter-in-law, Robin, and two grandchildren, Robert Charles Wykoff and Emily Ann Wykoff. Also surviving are her brother, Roger Dale, and his wife, Maria A. Ikerd, as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Edward A., and Alma P. Fish; her paternal grandparents, Charles P. and Golda Ikerd; her parents, Charles P. Jr. (Bud) and Eva M. Ikerd; her sister, Barbara E. Dixon; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loved ones she’s now reunited with.

She loved the Lord Jesus and her church family.

She has chosen cremation, and her life will be celebrated on Saturday, June 1, at Noon at
Momentum Community Church, 1403 R Street, in Bedford.

Instead of flowers or gifts, the family asks that donations be made in Reva’s memory to Momentum Community Church or the White River Humane Society.
