BEDFORD – The Limestone Heritage Festival Parade will be held downtown Bedford on Saturday, June 29th. This year, multiple musical presentations will be held at the Downtown Square Harps Commons Stage on the weekend of the parade.
There will be two live performances on June 28th, the day before the parade. At 6:15 p.m., the Stone Carnival band will play, with a performance from The Indigos at 8:30 p.m.
Stone Carnival has performed multiple times at the Limestone Heritage Festival, including last year at the 2023 Limestone Heritage Festival.
The Indigos are a very high-energy band featuring guitar performances, strong vocals, horn players, and a keytar. They sing songs from the 1960s to the present with more energy and fun. You can check out their work on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC37FIu62vAwJwPHiJrA6H8Q.
Following the parade and before the fireworks, you can take in Dark Hollow Duo at 7 p.m. Cody Ikerd & The Sidewinders will follow at 8 p.m.
The Dark Hollow Duo combines Kent Todd’s and Daryl Robinson’s musical talents. They perform covers and original songs. They have played locally at Rusty Gator in the past.
Bring your lawn chairs when you come to downtown Bedford on June 28th and 29th to celebrate the Limestone Heritage Festival at the Harps Commons Stage with superb musical performances!
