MITCHELL – On Wednesday, June 26, Mitchell Police Officer Jordan Taylor responded to a report of a man trespassing in the 400 block of Warren Street.
When Officer Taylor arrived, he spoke to a male who said he had a video of 39-year-old Joseph Agan trespassing both inside his house and in the backyard. The officer reviewed the video.
The male told the officer Agan was still on the property. When the officer turned, he found Agan walking toward him.
Agan was detained on charges of criminal trespassing and transported to jail.
