The commissioners agreed to pay Meadows Heating/MHC Generators $7,200.

The current Trane 3.5-ton air conditioner will be replaced with a Carrier 14-seer air conditioner and a new case coil. The current ductwork, thermostat, electrical and refrigerant piping will be reused.

The commissioners also signed a memorandum to certify the Williams Covered Bridge.

According to Indiana Code IC 8-14-1-10, all counties must certify the number of covered bridges to the Office of State Comptroller.

The Comptroller will use the response when determining the recipients and amounts for the August distribution to the county.
