This transition marks a new chapter for the esteemed local organization.

A member of the Legion since 2010, Masterson has held many positions throughout the years. What is he most looking forward to in his new role as commander?

“Just the camaraderie we have around here, helping veterans. I’m looking forward to maintaining the things we are doing well around here and improving on some of the things we can.”

Former commander Charles Delphia stressed the need for involvement with the Legion.

“Support from the community, membership support. If you think you are eligible, come in. If you don’t think you are eligible, come in. We can help you.”

Congratulations to Commander Masterson, and thank you to the Legion for supporting our veterans.
