BEDFORD- Paving is tentatively scheduled to begin July 8 through July 12 for the following roads:
July 8: Lincoln Avenue from 1st Street north to city limits towards Oolitic
July 9: X Street and 6th Street to R Street
July 10: 6th Street from R Street to G Street
July 11: O Street from Lincoln Avenue to 11th Street
July 12: O Street from 11th Street to 16th Street
P Street from 5th Street to 9th Street
Milling is tentatively scheduled for July 16 – 18 and paving is scheduled for July 22 – July 26 for the following roads:
MILLING
July 16: 35th Street from Washington Ave to Highway 37
July 17: Washington Ave from 29th Street to past Hillcrest Circle at City Limits
E Street from US Hwy 50 to 14th Street
July 18: Brook Knoll Subdivision
PAVING
July 22: 35th Street from Washington Ave to Highway 37
July 23 – 24: Washington Ave from 29th Street to past Hillcrest Circle at City Limits
E Street from US Hwy 50 to 14th Street
July 25 – 26: Brook Knoll Subdivision
No on-street parking while milling and paving.
Schedule dependent on weather conditions
The scheduled time period daily is 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
The postal service has been notified of these closures, as well as all emergency personnel
If you are aware of deliveries, please contact them and let them know of the closures
Please avoid these streets if possible
Be patient, cautious, and aware of heavy equipment in these areas
Put your residential trash out as usual
NOTE: 16th Street from O Street to Brian Lane Way is still closed
