ORLEANS – Three new officers were sworn in to the Orleans Police Department during a ceremony at town hall last week.
Chris Hubbard, Kelly Spivey, and Gavin Bissonnette took the oath of office administered by Town Clerk Robert F. Henderson. Hubbard will serve as a deputy marshal and resource officer at Orleans Jr.-Sr. High School, while Spivey will take on the role of resource officer at Orleans Elementary School. Bissonnette will also serve as a deputy marshal.
