Ask Indy is a keybot that allows customers to type in straightforward questions and receive guidance on where to find what they need in INTIME. Customers can access Indy by selecting the racecar on the INTIME log-in page.Â
Customers with specific tax questions can message DOR directly by sending a secure message using INTIME.
