BEDFORD – The North Lawrence Community Schools Building Corporation Board of Directors will convene on August 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the NLCS Administration Building, 460 W Street, Bedford.
The board will consider the form of the proposed Lease Agreement to be entered into between the Building Corporation and North Lawrence Community School Corporation, including the plans referred to therein, and made a part thereof, and the proposed Trust Indenture and the issuance of the Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Bonds, Series 2024 (or such other name or series designation as determined by the School Corporation’s underwriter) by the Building Corporation.
