BEDFORD – Bedford North Lawrence High School officials received notice of a student safety concern this morning.
“Due to the nature of the alleged concern, we initiated a school-level lockdown,” said Principal Matthew Canada. “At this time, the concern has been dismissed. Students remained in their advisory class while the concern was being processed.”
At 9.10 a.m., officials lifted the lockdown. Classes resumed as scheduled.
“Thank you for the patience of our staff and students,” added Canada. Their safety is our utmost priority. Thank you for understanding this matter. Thank you to our safety team for their swift actions to resolve this matter.”
