The merger, announced by Nix Industrial and Huncilman Sheet Metal Fabrication, represents the largest M&A activity for Nix Industrial and signals a new era of growth and innovation in New Albany.
The newly formed business, to be known as Huncilman Sheet Metal Fabrication, A Nix Company, marks a significant milestone in Indiana’s business landscape.
