LAWRENCE CO. – Are you interested in learning more about how you can volunteer with Lawrence County 4-H? Join officials on Thursday, August 29, at 6:00 p.m. at the Extension Office, 924 16th Street, in Bedford, for a conversation about volunteering.
Officials will discuss where we might have needs in Lawrence County, the different types of volunteers available, what club leaders do, and how you might be able to help club leaders (or be one if you want). Then, we can chat about what makes sense for you.
This is open to everyone, from those who have been volunteers for years to those still needing to fill out volunteer paperwork and everyone in between. Let’s discuss how we can grow our program and help our young people thrive.
