BLOOMINGTON—The routes for this year’s Heroes 5K and 1-Mile Walk in Bloomington have been revealed. On Saturday, September 21, make your way around Switchyard Park to honor law enforcement and first responders! Registration and packet pickup begin at 8:00 a.m., the 5k race starts at 9:00 a.m., with the 1-mile walk kicking off at 9:05 a.m.
Bloomington Parks and Recreation, Bloomington Police Department, and Bloomington Fire Department host the Heroes 5K and 1-mile Walk.
Check out the attached maps for the highlighted routes. The 5K and 1-mile courses will follow the beautiful B-Line Trail and side trails around Switchyard Park.
