Vincennes man arrested for DUI following Orange County crash

ORANGE CO. — A Vincennes man was arrested on Sunday after being involved in a single-vehicle crash in rural Orange County. Brady J. Tucker, 33, is facing charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and additional legal issues.

Indiana State Police Trooper Noah Ewing responded to the accident near French Lick. Upon arrival, Trooper Ewing noted signs of impairment in Tucker, who was subsequently transported to IU Health Hospital in Paoli for a chemical test. After receiving medical clearance, Tucker was taken to the Orange County Jail, where he remains in custody on bond.

Tucker faces a Level 6 felony for OWI with a prior conviction, along with outstanding warrants from Martin County. These warrants include charges for criminal confinement, a Level 6 felony, and conversion, a Class A misdemeanor.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.
