Rick Dawn Elkins, 63, of Bedford, passed away at 4:43 pm on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
Born March 19, 1961, in Bedford, he was the son of Caroll Eugene and Mildred Louise (May) Elkins. He was a retired maintenance worker at Spring Mill State Park.
Survivors include a brother, Mike Elkins, of Bedford; a sister, Cathy Colvin, of Washington, IN; two nieces, Casandra Elkins and Kathleen Elkins, both of Bedford; and a great-nephew, Jacob Wright. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Gary and Steve Elkins.
