MONROE COUNTY—Last week, Sergeant Kyle Moulden and Corporal Ortlieb both received the “Traffic Safety All Pro” award from the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute in recognition of their continued efforts regarding OWI enforcement in our community. The top performers from across the State of Indiana gathered to celebrate their performance at Lucas Oil Stadium and received an autographed football.
Corporal Ortlieb was additionally recognized for leading all of the Monroe County agencies and being among the top 25 officers in Indiana for the number of OWI arrests—receiving designation as a member of the statewide “First Team.” In recognition of this accomplishment, Corporal Ortlieb received a signed Colts helmet.
Sergeant Moulden and Corporal Ortlieb’s efforts have undoubtedly made the roadways of Monroe County safer, saving countless lives from the dangers of impaired driving.
