BEDFORD—Due to the passing of a long-time street department employee, the department will close at 11:00 a.m. on Friday to attend the funeral. For Friday trash routes, please have your trash out early. They will have extra trucks to pick up trash before they close for the funeral. If trash pickup is missed, contact the street department on Monday at 812-279-9222.
