BEDFORD – WQRK is preparing for a night of spooky fun at its annual Super Treat Night, brought to you by WTIU on Thursday, Oct. 31st, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This free, family-friendly event offers a safe and exciting alternative to traditional trick-or-treating for children in the community.
The event will transform the Boys & Girls Club gymnasium into a Halloween wonderland. Children of all ages are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes and enjoy a night of trick-or-treating with local businesses and community organizations.
This year’s Super Treat Night boasts an impressive list of sponsors, including Lawrence County CASA, JCBank, Indiana Health Centers, Golden Corral, Smoot Eye Care, TRISTAR, IU Credit Union, Indiana Steel & Engineering Corp, Bedford Federal Savings Bank, Rowland’s Valvoline Quick Lube, Smile Doctors Braces, The Real Estate Company Teacher Team, and Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina. All sponsors will set up booths to offer treats and interact with the community.
Be sure to stop by Halloweenie Island to get your free hotdogs, provided by Indiana Steel & Engineering Corp. Bedford Federal Savings Bank has graciously sponsored the Snack Zone, which will offer attendees fresh-popped popcorn, cookies, drinks, and a daring good time!
