PAOLI – A 30-year-old man from Paoli has been arrested following an investigation by the Indiana State Police’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force, initiated by a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The investigation began in September 2024 after the NCMEC alerted authorities about a specific online account that may have been used to share images and videos of child pornography. Detectives gathered evidence and sought a search warrant based on this information.
On October 4, 2024, Indiana ICAC Task Force members executed the search warrant at a residence on Walnut Street in Paoli. During the operation, troopers arrested David Robertson, also known as David Tuell, on serious charges, including one count of child molestation, a Level 1 felony, and three counts of possession of child pornography, Level 4 felonies.
Robertson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Orange County Jail, where he awaits further legal proceedings.
The Indiana ICAC Task Force, overseen by the Indiana State Police, is a multi-agency effort dedicated to combating the online exploitation of children.
