BEDFORD – The North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, October 10.
The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building at 460 W Street in Bedford.
Immediately following the Regular Session of the NLCS Board of School Trustees will meet in an executive session.
On the agenda for the executive session:
- To discuss the assessment, design, and implementation of school safety and security measures, plans, and systems. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(3).
- Interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects by the governing body of a political subdivision. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(4).
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b (5).
- To discuss records classified as confidential by state or federal statute. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).
- To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code
§ 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9). - To discuss the strategy of purchasing or leasing real property by the Corporation.
