MADISON – Madison won the deciding fifth set to edge Bedford North Lawrence during high school volleyball action on Monday night.
The Cubs clipped the Stars 21-25, 25-16, 25-21, 19-25, 15-11 while improving to 13-15.
Sammie Gratzer had 19 kills and 6 aces, Isabella Root totaled 8 kills, Jenna Allen had 8 kills and 2 aces, Lily Scott finished with 6 kills, and Suttyn Alvey added 5 aces for BNL (12-9).
BNL will host Seymour on Tuesday.
