WEST BADEN — A Williams man was arrested early Saturday morning, October 5th, after being stopped for erratic driving near West Baden.
The incident prompted a response from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, with Trooper Noah Ewing arriving to assist.
Upon contacting the driver, identified as 52-year-old Keith D. Henderson, Trooper Ewing observed visible signs of impairment. Henderson was transported to IU Health Hospital in Paoli for a chemical test.
Following the evaluation, Henderson was arrested on a Class A misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and taken to the Orange County Jail, where he is currently being held on bond.
Trooper Noah Ewing was the arresting officer in this case, with assistance from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
