BEDFORD— The Lawrence County Commissioners accepted a bid from T&G Construction Tuesday morning for Circuit Court and Courthouse Plaza renovations.
The project will focus on updating the Circuit Court Clerk’s office in the courthouse and the probation department on the third floor of Courthouse Plaza.
Michael Conly, president and owner of Architura Corporation, which is overseeing the renovations, said the bid was for $758,697 and will include all the projects.
Commissioner Vice President Rodney Fish, who has been instrumental in completing the project, said, “It has taken a lot of people and three years to get this project off the ground. I am excited to see the work started.”
