Charles “Chuck” Edward Simmons, 64, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024, at Indiana University Health Hospice House.
Born September 21, 1960, in Corydon, he was the son of Richard “Dick” and Patricia (Jackson) Simmons. He married Dawn R. Henderson on February 5, 2021 and she survives.
Chuck was a 1979 graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School. He was the owner of Power Clean. Chuck was a good musician and enjoyed playing guitar and singing.
Surviving are his wife, Dawn R. Simmons of Williams; children, Brandon Simmons, Michael Simmons, Alana Chastain, and Eli Muscatello; 2 grandchildren; mother, Patricia Simmons; and his beloved dog, Baby.
His father preceded him in death.
Cremation has been chosen.
