MITCHELL—The Mitchell Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet in an executive session on October 22 at 5:00 p.m. in the MCS Central Office, 441 N 8th Street.
Subjects for the meeting are:
- To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code
§ 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9). - To discuss the strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation that is
either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. Indiana Code § 5-14-
1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
