BEDFORD- The Bedford Board of Works and Safety met last night, October 15, at the StoneGate Arts and Education Center. On the agenda were requests from Bedford Fire Department Chief Luke Pinnick and Bedford Chief of Police Terry Moore seeking acceptance of permanent promotion status for three city employees. The promotions to be permanently approved were:
Bedford Fire Department:
- David R. Zeeks as Captain
Bedford Police Department:
- Officer Trevor Shelhart as Detective Sergeant
- Officer Max Uebelhor as Sergeant
Chief Pinnick and Chief Moore praised the candidates’ successes throughout their probationary periods in their new positions and recommended that permanent promotion be approved. The board voted and unanimously passed the permanent status.
