BEDFORD—Stonebelt and The Arc of Lawrence County provide many essential services to our community’s people with mental or physical disabilities. They provide work training and placement, mental health services, residential services, and much more. The Arc is currently seeking participants for its Community Engagement Program. The program broadens clients’ cultural awareness and promotes social activity. Once a week, from October through November, a presentation is made for individuals at The Arc.
The Arc seeks educational speakers, musicians, drama performers, or anyone with a show or program who will share their knowledge and talents to engage individuals intellectually outside the classroom or workplace.
