DAVIESS CO. – The Daviess County Landfill & Recycling Facility will be closed Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th, for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
All city offices and departments will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th, in observance of Thanksgiving.
There will be no trash pick-up, and the recycling center will also be closed on these dates, including Saturday, the 30th.
Residents who have trash pickup on Thursday are asked to have their trash ready for pickup by 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 27th, and by 7:00 a.m. on Monday, December 2nd. Residents who have trash pickup on Friday are asked to have their trash prepared for pickup by 7:00 a.m. on Monday, December 2nd.
