WASHINGTON – A Washington man was arrested Thursday on ten counts of sexual misconduct with a minor following an investigation by local authorities. 24-year-old Juan Tepox-Rosas was taken into custody after police, alongside the Daviess County Department of Child Services (DCS), received a report concerning a possible sexual relationship between Tepox-Rosas and a juvenile.
The arrest came after a thorough investigation prompted by the tip-off, which led authorities to charge Tepox-Rosas with multiple offenses. At this time, the case details are being withheld to protect the minor’s identity.
Tepox-Rosas is currently being held without bond at the Daviess County Security Center. Authorities have stated that additional charges could follow as the investigation continues.
