STATEHOUSE– State Sen. Eric Koch (R-Bedford) has been reappointed by Senate President Pro Tem Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) to serve as chairman of the Senate Committee on Utilities for the 124th Indiana General Assembly.
Koch will also serve as a member of the following Senate committees:
- Commerce and Technology, Ranking Member;
- Corrections and Criminal Law; and
- Judiciary, Ranking Member.

The 2025 legislative session ceremonially began with Organization Day on Nov. 19. The Senate is scheduled to reconvene for session Jan. 8.
