BLOOMFIELD — Landowners interested in attracting more deer to their property are invited to a free workshop on December 19, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The workshop will be held at the Greene County Fairgrounds, located at 4503 W State Road 54 in Bloomfield, Indiana.
The workshop will cover a variety of topics related to deer habitat management, including:
- Benefits of food plots
- Site selection for food plots
- Key habitat elements for deer
- Best plant choices for food plots
- Enhancing biodiversity in deer habitat
- Seasonal plot management
