BLOOMINGTON- The City of Bloomington is addressing intermittent phone connectivity issues at the Utilities Service Center due to phone service outages with telecom provider AT&T. The issue appears to stem from a physical infrastructure problem currently under assessment.
The City has taken steps to mitigate the impact of the outage, including submitting support requests to AT&T. AT&T has not yet provided a timeline for full restoration.
