Bedford Fire Department firefighters respond to house fire on 25th Street

BEDFORD – Bedford Fire Department responded to a house fire on Monday evening, reported by an off-duty firefighter. The call came in around 7:19 p.m., with firefighters and police officers arriving promptly in at 25th and M Streets.

According to Chief Luke Pinnick, upon arrival, firefighters determined that no one was inside the residence. The fire was quickly contained, and firefighters remained on-site for approximately two and a half hours to ensure the scene was fully secured.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and no injuries were reported during the incident.

Fire officials are continuing to look into the circumstances surrounding the blaze.
