Michael James Meadows, 63, of Heltonville, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Jasper Memorial Hospital.
Mike was a class of 1979 graduate who loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and wife of 45 years. Mike was formerly an employee of Iu Bloomington and loved classic cars, hunting, landscaping, and all things outdoors.
Surviving family members include his wife, Cathy (Reynolds) Meadows; a daughter, Stacy (Jerry Bagshaw) Meadows; a son, Chris Meadows; a brother, Jerry (Kristen Hawkins) Meadows, all of Heltonville; grandchildren, Nicholas Meadows, Aslynn and Jaiden Bagshaw also of Heltonville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry C. and Margaret Louise (Fleetwood) Meadows, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30th, in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Bartlettsville Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Thursday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
