
BEDFORD- The City of Bedford is working with Administrative Resources association – ARa to create a bidder’s list for the Bedford Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program. An informational meeting will take place Wednesday, March 5 at the City Concourse Building at Noon.

The work will mainly consist of roof repair, HVAC, and water heater replacement. Ramps and handrails may also be included to assist with accessibility to the home’s threshold. Installation of radon mitigation units is dependent upon testing, which will already be performed by a licensed home inspector. Any contractors interested in bidding on this program are encouraged to attend.
