Orleans High Senior designs official 2025 Dogwood Festival logo

ORLEANS – The Orleans Dogwood Festival has unveiled its official logo for 2025, designed by Brooke Walters, a talented senior at Orleans High School.

Brooke, currently engaged in independent study in Dr. Leah Morgan’s Advanced Art Class, has created a design for the front cover of this year’s Dogwood Festival tabloid, a publication produced by the Orleans Progress Examiner in collaboration with the Orleans Chamber of Commerce.

A multi-faceted student, Brooke’s interests include art, reading, and a passion for fast cars, particularly NASCAR. Her artistic preference lies in watercolor painting, a skill she has honed through her studies.

Beyond her artistic talents, Brooke has excelled academically, taking numerous dual-credit classes and earning a place among the top ten seniors in the 2025 graduating class.

Looking ahead, Brooke plans to attend Vincennes University and explore her interest in Automotive Engineering. Her ambition is to customize high-performance car engines and create custom paint and wrap designs, similar to those seen in NASCAR and other automotive arenas.

The Orleans community is proud to showcase Brooke’s artwork, which will visually represent the 2025 Dogwood Festival. Her design captures the spirit of the annual celebration and highlights the talent within Orleans High School.
