Louis Edward Watson, 92, of Oolitic passed away on Wednesday May 20, 2020 at his residence.
He was born in Bloomington on February 8, 1928, to Floyd and Edna (Swango) Watson. Louis was a US Army veteran and retired from RCA in
Bloomington, he was also the Business agent for IBEW Local1424 in Bloomington.
He is survived by his son, Keith Watson of Oolitic. and his companion, Mae Myers of Bedford.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Kent Watson, a daughter, Kathy in infancy, one sister, Anna Grace Watson, and one brother, Dean Watson/
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Cresthaven Funeral Home in Bedford, burial will follow in Clover Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg. Visitation will be on Tuesday. May 26, 2020, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Cresthaven Funeral Home.
